• Same Day Delivery: Orders placed before 4:00 PM GST — delivery within the same day for AED 40.
  
• Next Day Delivery: Free for orders above AED 500. For orders below AED 500 — delivery charge AED 25.
  
• Orders are delivered daily, including UAE public holidays.
  

Abu Dhabi

• Same Day Delivery: Orders placed before 12:00 PM GST, total above AED 1000 — delivery for AED 40. Orders placed after 12:00 PM will arrive the next day.
  
• Next Day Delivery: Orders placed before 3:00 PM GST — free for orders above AED 500, or AED 25 if below.
  
• Last deliveries dispatched by 7:00 PM.
  

Other Emirates

• Next Day Delivery: Orders placed before 3:00 PM GST — free for orders above AED 500, or AED 25 if below.
  
  

Payment Options

• Cash or Card on Delivery (available in Dubai): extra charge AED 15.
  
  Refunds for cash payments are issued as store credit or exchange.
  
• Online Payment: secure card checkout or installment options via Tabby / Postpay.
  
• During flash sales, same-day delivery may be temporarily unavailable.
