Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with Bougainvillea. We strive to make your experience as seamless and elegant as our collections.

1. Eligibility

• Items are eligible for return or exchange within 14 days from the delivery date, provided they are in original condition: unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all tags, security ribbons and hygienic labels attached.
• Sale items, items purchased during flash promotions or items marked as “final-sale” may be eligible only for exchange or store credit, not refund.
• Gift cards, swim / sun accessories, jewellery, and skincare are excluded from refunds.

2. How to Return or Exchange

  1. Send an email to: bougainvillea.uae@gmail.com or call: +971 50 905 8078 with your order number, item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason.

  2. We will review your request and provide you with instructions.

  3. For returns within Dubai, we may arrange a complimentary collection. For other Emirates, returns must be sent via courier at customer expense unless otherwise agreed.

  4. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of its approval. Refunds will be processed via the original payment method; exchanges will be handled in accordance with availability.

3. Refunds

• Approved refunds will be issued back to the original payment method within 10 working days.
• Please allow additional processing time through your bank or payment provider.
• If payment was made via Cash on Delivery, only store credit or exchange will be offered (cash refunds are not available).

4. Exchanges

• To exchange an item, simply specify the replacement product (same or higher value) in your return request.
• If the replacement item is higher in value, the difference must be paid before shipping.
• We will dispatch the new item once the original item has been received and approved.
• If the original order included free shipping based on the threshold and the entire order is returned, a delivery fee may apply.

5. Items Not Eligible for Return

• Items damaged, worn, washed, or without tags/packaging will be refused and returned at your expense.
• Any item showing signs of use, stains (including perfume) or altered state will not qualify for refund or exchange.

6. Cancellation

• Orders may be cancelled within 1–2 hours of placement. After this period, cancellation or modification requests will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
